Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

4. Domestic Shipping

For orders within US, UK, AU, CA we use DHL for all domestic shipments. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 14 business days, while express shipping will take approximately 7 business days.

5. International Shipping

For international orders, we use DHL for shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please note that customs duties and taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our website or through the carrier’s tracking service.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
